The One And Only Taka Tanni

Taka Tanni is a name that you should prepare to hear ringing in your ears in 2011. She is an example of success, beauty, and the human spirit. Many do not know that Tanni started her journey at a young age by starring church plays, and this was essential to help her overcome adversities like shyness. Tanni used experience to plant the desire to entertain in her. Her love of the arts was undeniable and today she has made herself into a multifaceted entertainer.

In February of 2010, Tanni made her first mark on the big screen. Since then she has done almost 15 movies (Nigerian, Ghanaian, and Cameroonian) alongside big name international starts like Jim Iyke, Ramsey Nouah, Emeka Ike, Pascal Atuma, Nadia Buari, Vida Darko , Van Vicker and countless others. Like a true entrepreneur, she will not settle for just one means to express herself, Tanni is also making her film producing debut very soon.

Aside from acting and producing, Tanni is also an events presenter, host of the talk show "The Taka Tanni Show" and a radio host. On her hit talk show, Tanni breaks barriers in interviews by not only discussing what is happening in the entertainment industry, but also educating the rest of us on how the industry runs. In her interviews, she discusses with entertainers on how they got their big break, how they have made it this far, their experiences, successes, and with finesse, delves into their private lives. She also shows off her skills by discussing topics like relationships, love, our daily lives and how best we can live our lives.

The best part about Tanni is that she is fun to watch, relates to her viewers, and makes us think beyond the norms we are used too. We look forward to seeing more of her and her gifts. She's a great inspiration for young women, entertainers, and people- to try to be the best we can be.
